目的:采用气相色谱法测定银黄含片中薄荷脑的含量,以评价银黄含片的质量;方法:色谱条件为:毛细管柱PEG-20M,30m×0.32m×0.25μm,柱温:140℃。进样口温度:180℃,氮气:1ml/min,氢气流速:40ml/min;空气流速:450ml/min;检测器温度:180℃;结果:在选定的条件下薄荷脑在(0.02738mg/ml-0.65600mg/ml)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性。平均回收率为96.33%,RSD为4.2%;结论:本实验为银黄含片的分析提供了一种准确可靠的含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of menthol in Yinhuang lozenges by gas chromatography and to evaluate the quality of Yinhuang lozenges.METHODS: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: capillary column PEG-20M, 30m × 0.32m × 0.25μm, column temperature: 140 ℃.
