目的观察用微创碎吸治疗脑出血的疗效,提高脑出血的救治水平,降低病死率。方法本次研究分为三组,治疗组:采用YL-1型碎吸针,运用血肿生物酶技术对脑内血肿微创穿刺碎吸治疗58例,对照组1用保守治疗患者60例,对照组2用手术清除血肿并去瓣减压治疗患者20例。结果治疗组存活56例(96.55%),对照组1存活28例(46.67%),对照组2存活10例(50%)。治疗组存活率明显高于两个对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创碎吸治疗脑出血是目前降低病死率的理想方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of cerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive treatment, improve the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and reduce the mortality. Methods The study was divided into three groups, treatment group: the use of YL-1-type aspiration needle, the use of hematoma bio-enzyme technology for intracerebral hematoma minimally invasive puncture smashed 58 cases of treatment, control group 1 conservative treatment of patients with 60 cases, control Group 2 with surgical removal of hematoma and decompressive treatment of patients in 20 cases. Results In the treatment group, 56 cases (96.55%) survived, 28 cases (46.67%) survived in control group 1, and 10 cases (50%) survived in control group 2. The survival rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the two control groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is the ideal method to reduce the mortality.
