为了解韶关市健康人群脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )抗体水平 ,为及时制定免疫策略提供科学依据 ,2 0 0 2年分别对 1岁、2～ 4岁、6～ 8岁、1 3～ 1 5岁、2 0～ 4 0岁 5个年龄组共计 2 2 6人进行了脊灰中和抗体水平监测。结果表明 :脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率均达到 1 0 0 %,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型抗体几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 1∶2 2 3 7、1∶2 1 3 6、1∶1 5 1 5。表明韶关市计划免疫冷链系统运转状况良好 ,脊灰疫苗免疫效果显著 ,健康人群对脊灰已形成牢固的免疫屏障。
To understand the level of polio (polio) antibodies in healthy population in Shaoguan City and provide a scientific basis for the timely development of immunization strategies, A total of 266 adults aged 5 to 20 years of age were monitored for the level of neutralizing antibodies to poliovirus. The results showed that the positive rates of neutralizing antibodies of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ of polio reached 100%. The geometric mean titers of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ antibodies were 1: 2 2 3 7 and 1: 2 respectively 3 6,1: 1 5 1 5. The results showed that the planned immunization cold chain system in Shaoguan City was in good condition and the immunization effect of poliovirus vaccine was significant. The healthy population had a solid immune barrier to polio.
