目的 以往调查研究发现 ,都市环境电磁辐射水平在某些频段综合场强已接近一级安全区的限值 ,为了阐明这些频段电磁波同时混合存在于一个环境内是否会对青少年的脑电活动产生影响 ,作者进行了本项研究。方法 采用脑电地形图仪对 10 6例青少年大脑中央区脑电进行检查。结果 高背景环境电磁辐射组左中央区女θ波的RNP、女和男女合计θ波的REP、男θ波的RAV明显高于低背景环境电磁辐射组 (P 均 <0 .0 5 )。高背景环境电磁辐射组右中央区男θ波的RNP明显低于低背景环境电磁辐射组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 大都市现有环境电磁辐射对青少年(14~ 18a)大脑中央区的生物电活动可能有一定的影响 ,主要表现在女性θ波 (频率为 4~ 7Hz)RNP、REP升高 ;男性θ波RNP下降、RAV升高。
Purpose In the past, we found that the level of electromagnetic radiation in urban environment is close to the first-level safe area in some frequency bands. In order to clarify whether the electromagnetic waves in these frequency bands coexist in one environment will affect the EEG activity of adolescents The author conducted this study. Methods EEG was used to detect EEG in 106 central brains of adolescents. Results The RNP of female θ wave in the left central area of high background electromagnetic radiation group and the total θ wave REP of female and male were higher than those in low background electromagnetic radiation group (P <0.05). The RNP of male θ wave in the right central area of high background electromagnetic radiation group was significantly lower than that of low background electromagnetic radiation group (P <0.05). Conclusion The existing environmental electromagnetic radiation in the metropolis may affect the bioelectric activity in the central region of the brain (14 ~ 18a) in adolescents (14 ~ 18a), mainly in RNP and REP of female θ wave (frequency 4-7Hz) RNP decreased, RAV increased.
