炼化企业常压储罐罐顶气的无组织排放,已成为挥发性有机物或污染物的排放源与加工损失源。广州分公司污水汽提四装置两台2300m3高浓度含硫污水拱顶罐罐顶排气采用碱液除臭技术,但无法吸收的苯系物、酚醚、非甲烷总烃等有毒有害物质直接排放大气。传统的罐顶排气治理方法包括碱液吸收、柴油冷冻吸收、干式脱硫、膜分离以及其他组合工艺技术等,但均不同程度地存在缺陷,少量有毒气体仍然会散逸到周边大气中,污染现场环境。为此,在含硫污水罐罐顶采用了一种气-汽在线增压、气-液冷却分离、过程自动控制集成技术,通过对系统运行进行风险评估及增设安全监控设施,安全、稳定地将含硫污水拱顶罐罐顶排气送入炼厂低压瓦斯火炬系统进行回收,实现了全密闭回收的目标,可回收罐顶排气量(标准状态)150m3/h,彻底解决了现场臭气污染问题。
