为了了解血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２在大肠癌诊断中的价值，对３０例大肠癌患者和２１例大肠良性疾病患者血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２进行了测定。结果表明：大肠癌患者血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２阳性率分别为２６．６７％，５３．３３％，大肠良性疾病患者血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２的阳性率分别是９．５２％，４．７６％。联合测定的灵敏度为６６．６７％，特异度为８５．７１％，阳性预告值８６．９６％。提示血清ＣＥＡ，ＣＡ２４２联合测定对大肠癌的诊断有一定的价值，ＣＡ２４２对术前判断肿瘤的发展及大肠癌组织学类型能提供帮助。
To understand the value of serum CEA and CA242 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer, serum CEA, CA242 were measured in 30 patients with colorectal cancer and 21 patients with benign colorectal disease. The results showed that the positive rates of serum CEA and CA242 in patients with colorectal cancer were 26.67% and 53.33% respectively. The positive rates of serum CEA and CA242 in patients with benign colorectal diseases were 9.52% and 4.76%, respectively. The sensitivity of the combined assay was 66.67%, the specificity was 85.71%, and the positive predictive value was 86.96%. The serum CEA, CA242 combined determination has a certain value in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. CA242 can help to predict the development of the tumor and the histological type of colorectal cancer.
