在各种节日多如牛毛的今天,属于消费者的节日却屈指可数,其中最有影响的恐怕只有一个,那就是“国际消费者权益日”。这个被称为“上帝”的节日,一年也就那么一次,即每年的3月15日。消费者永远是“上帝”。话是这样说的,但事实上在我们周围恐怕很难找到几个真正享受“上帝”待遇的消费者来。倒是在很多地方,消费者不要说奢望当什么“上帝”,就连起码的合法权益都很难得到保障。君不见,有的消费者买到质量低劣的商品,不但不给退换,甚至遭到销售者的冷嘲热讽,直至大打出手之类的怪事不是时常见诸报
