我厂自1953年开始生产双轮双铧犂以来,调节丝杆上的梯形扣都是用车床加工的。这种方法的生产效率很低。后来改进用绞丝床套扣的方法,来代替车床挑扣,生产效率提高了10倍,并且部分解决了车床设备不足的问题。下面是用绞丝床套扣的方法和经验。工件工件的形状如图1,材料是 t 3钢。挑扣的部分长148(-2)公厘,上面有梯形螺纹18×4(OCT 2410)。
Since 1953, our factory has been producing double-headed double-plow plows, and the trapezoidal buckles on the adjusting screw rods are all machined by lathes. This method of production is very inefficient. Later, the method of using twisted wire bed buckle to improve instead of lathe buckle, the production efficiency increased by 10 times, and partially solved the problem of insufficient lathe equipment.
