On January 25 this year, at a seminar at the University of Tokyo Institute of Medical Electronics, Dr. Masao Saito presented a newly developed safety device that prevents mis-orientation of laser blades or accidental mishandling. Mitsubishi Electric Corp.’s Center for Research Room also involved in this development.
