2006年6月13日,广西德保县投入220万元,购买15辆全新环保型公交车,开通了德保县城至马隘、都安、足荣、燕峒4个乡镇和华银氧化铝厂共5条公交车线路,结束了德保县没有公交车的历史。公交车交通网络建设加快了德保县的城市化进程,为广大人民群众的出行提供了方便。文章以广西德保县开通公交车线路政策的形成案例,从该政策形成的背景入手,分析了该政策形成的原因,找出公共政策制定的优化路径。
On June 13, 2006, Guangxi Debao County invested 2.2 million yuan to purchase 15 new environmentally friendly buses and opened four townships of Dabao County to Masai, Du’an, Zuorong and Yancheng and Huayin Alumina Plant a total of 5 bus lines, ending in Dabao County no bus history. The construction of bus transportation network accelerated the urbanization of Debao County and provided convenience for the masses of people to travel. This article takes the example of the formation of bus route policy in Dabao County, Guangxi. Based on the background of the formation of the policy, this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the policy and finds out the optimal route for the formulation of public policy.
