本文介绍了真空感应加热淬火实验装置,并通过这一装置试验研究了GCr15、40Cr和4Cr13钢,在不同压强下进行加热淬火后,对试样的硬度、光亮度和变形的影响。此法的突出优点是对一部分钢可以空气代替高纯惰性气体来提压,并体现了真空淬火的各项优点。对于价格低廉的油淬火结构钢来说,为更广泛地采用真空淬火法开辟了新的途径。通过这一方法的试验研究,为今后发展成生产型装置和制定真空感应加热淬火工艺打下了基础。
In this paper, the vacuum induction heating quenching experimental device was introduced. Through this device, the effects of quenching, hardening and quenching of GCr15, 40Cr and 4Cr13 steel on the hardness, brightness and deformation of the sample were studied. The outstanding advantage of this method is that part of the steel can be replaced by high-purity inert gas to boost the pressure, and reflects the advantages of vacuum quenching. For inexpensive oil-quenched structural steels, a new approach to the wider adoption of vacuum quenching has been opened up. Through the experimental study of this method, laid the foundation for the future development of production-based devices and the development of vacuum induction hardening process.
