目的:测定辽宁省不同产地刺槐花及花蕾中蛋白质的含量,为刺槐花的品质评价与资源开发利用提供科学依据。方法:依据《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版第三部附录VIA氮测定法,采用凯氏定氮法(半微量法)对辽宁省不同产地的刺槐花和花蕾进行蛋白质含量测定,并比较花和花蕾中蛋白质含量的差异。结果:10个不同产地刺槐花中蛋白质平均含量为27.23%;刺槐花蕾中蛋白质平均含量为31.52%。结论:刺槐花和花蕾中的蛋白质含量均较高,而刺槐花蕾中蛋白质含量略高于刺槐花中的蛋白质含量,提示其具有较好的药用或食用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of protein in flower and bud of Robinia pseudoacacia from different areas in Liaoning Province, and to provide scientific basis for quality evaluation and resource development and utilization of Robinia pseudoacacia. Methods: The protein content of Robinia pseudoacacia and buds in different areas of Liaoning Province were determined by Kjeldahl method (semi-micro method) according to the VIA nitrogen determination method in the third part of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China 2010 edition. Differences in protein content in flower buds. Results: The average protein content in flower of Robinia pseudoacacia from different areas was 27.23%. The average content of protein in flower buds of Robinia pseudoacacia was 31.52%. CONCLUSION: The protein content in flower and flower buds of Robinia pseudoacacia is higher, while the protein content of flower buds of Robinia pseudoacacia is slightly higher than that of Robinia pseudoacacia, suggesting that it has good medicinal or edible value.
