用聚合酶链反应扩增宫颈癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒16型 E_7基因,获得含完整 E_7基因的312 bp 片段。分析22例宫颈癌样品,E_7基因的检出率为45.5%,40例宫颈炎中 E_7基因的检出率为5%。这一方法为进一步研究 E_7基因在宫颈癌发生中的作用奠定基础,并可用于宫颈癌的诊断与防治。
The human papillomavirus type 16 E_7 gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction and a 312 bp fragment containing the complete E_7 gene was obtained. Analysis of 22 cases of cervical cancer samples, the detection rate of E_7 gene was 45.5%, 40 cases of cervicitis E_7 gene was detected in 5%. This method lays the foundation for the further study of the role of E_7 in cervical carcinogenesis and can be used for the diagnosis and prevention of cervical cancer.
