企业文化建设的内涵必须通过一定的载体表现出来,这些载体是有形的硬件。从目前许多企业的实践分析,在硬件建设中一般比较注重文艺、体育活动及其设施和阵地的建设(这无疑是应该的),但往往忽视图书作为载体应有的作用。事实上在当前深化改革和发展市场经济的新形势下,图书已成为企业文化建设的一个重要媒介,其作用是其它手段不可替代的。首先,图书在企业文化建设中的一个明显的作用就是传播知识,传递信息,培养人才,通过硬件促进软件。据有关方面抽测,一个科技人员的知识大约只有20%是在学校学的,其余80%是在工作中边干边
