观念内化为教育行为,是一个漫长的、反复的过程,有时甚至比观念的更新更困难。但是如果不把先进的观念内化为教育行为,观念的更新就将是无根之本,完全失去存在的意义,所以我们必须以更大的热情来关注这一问题。学校管理只有细致入微地审视自己的管理过程或者教育服务,注重细节,精益求精,才能在竞争中取胜。同样,如何处理好细节,从校长方面看是能力和水平的艺术体现;从学校文化看,是认真负责精神的体现;从学校发展看,是学校实现目标的途径。
The internalization of ideas into educational behavior is a long, repetitive process that is sometimes even more difficult than the updating of ideas. However, if we do not internalize advanced concepts into educational activities, the renewal of concepts will be rootless and completely lose the meaning of existence. Therefore, we must pay more attention to this issue with greater enthusiasm. School management only meticulously examine their own management processes or education services, attention to detail, excellence, in order to win the competition. Similarly, how to deal with the details is an art manifestation of ability and level from the perspective of the principal. From a school culture, it is a manifestation of a serious and responsible spirit. From a school perspective, it is a way for schools to achieve their goals.
