目的探讨6~12岁儿童营养性缺铁性贫血(IDA)对学习能力的影响。方法选取48例6~12岁IDA患儿为IDA组,另选取96例6~12岁健康儿童为健康对照组,分别接受韦氏儿童智力量表第4版(W ISCⅣ-)测试与文化课测试,进行对比研究。结果 IDA组言语理解指数、知觉推理指数、工作记忆指数、加工速度指数、总智商5方面测试成绩明显低于健康对照组儿童,差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.01);IDA组重度IDA者在言语理解指数、知觉推理指数、工作记忆指数、加工速度指数、总智商5方面测试成绩均明显低于轻度IDA者,差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.01);IDA组语文、数学、英语3门文化课测试成绩优良率均明显低于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.01)。结论 IDA对儿童的学习能力有严重影响,其程度与其病情轻重有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional iron deficiency anemia (IDA) on learning ability in children aged 6 ~ 12 years. Methods 48 IDA children aged 6-12 years old were selected as IDA group, and 96 healthy children aged 6-12 years were selected as healthy control group and received WISC Ⅳ- Test, comparative study. Results The test scores of speech understanding index, perceptual reasoning index, working memory index, processing speed index and total intelligence quotient in IDA group were significantly lower than those in healthy control group (Pa0.01) The test scores in speech comprehension index, perceptual reasoning index, working memory index, processing speed index and total intelligence quotient (IQ) were significantly lower than those in mild IDA group (Pa0.01). Language, math, The excellent rate of test scores in three English classes was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (Pa <0.01). Conclusion IDA has a serious impact on children’s learning ability, the extent of which is related to their severity.
