三位一体培训是黑龙江省冶金企业在两年多来开展岗位培训试点工作中形成的一种模式。它是由岗位责任制、岗位培训制、岗位工资制所组成。所谓岗位责任制,是指在制定执行规范化岗位标准的基础上,实行岗位职务对培训所承担的职责;所谓岗位培训制,是指各企业用立法的形式对培训作出政策性规定,使培训制度化;所谓岗位工资制,是指对培训合格人员实行的岗位工资、浮动工资、晋升工资、奖金等制度。这个模式按照岗位的需要,把人员的培养,人员的使用和人员的报酬紧密地结合于一体,使岗位培训直接地同提高企业素质,提高经济效益联系起来。由于是初步的实践,尚需要作进一步实事求是的科学论证。
