为了提高大多数普通金属的机械性能,广泛地采用了快速凝固法(RS)。对于镁合金采用这些技术并没有什么新的,但是直到最近才发现RS镁合金潜在的性能。近年来,欧洲和美国的许多研究小组在显著提高镁合金的机械性能和抗腐蚀性方面获得了成功。这些研究组是诺斯克海德罗(Norsk Hydro)和彼施涅(Pechiney)的,这两家都是欧洲领先的镁生产厂。在以一般AZ91合金为基础的RS材料上获得了有意义的性能,并可与用一般方法加工的材料相比,在150~200℃的高温下的变形试验表明,这种材料具良好的成形性能。
Rapid solidification (RS) is widely used to improve the mechanical properties of most common metals. There is nothing new with these technologies for magnesium alloys, but the potential performance of RS magnesium alloys has not been discovered until recently. In recent years, many research groups in Europe and the United States have succeeded in significantly improving the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys. The research groups are Norsk Hydro and Pechiney, both of which are Europe’s leading magnesium producers. Significant performance was obtained on the RS material based on the general AZ91 alloy and the deformation test at a high temperature of 150-200 [deg.] C. in comparison with the material processed by the general method showed that the material had good formability performance.
