通过对20世纪90年代以来企业“空降兵”调查研究发现,总的来说,“空降兵”成功者少,受挫者多。这说明中国企业界和理论界急需认真面对因为“空降兵”引入带来的变革管理问题。
According to the investigation of the company’s “airborne paratroopers” since the 1990s, in general, there are fewer successful “paratroopers” and many more are frustrated. This shows that the Chinese business community and the theoretical community urgently need to seriously face the problem of change management brought about by the introduction of “airborne forces.”
