本论文研究以天然产物腰果酚为原料,以氯磺酸为磺化试剂合成腰果酚磺酸钠,同时进行正交试验,进而确定最佳工艺条件。利用红外、元素分析对产物结构和磺化率分别进行了分析。测定了产品腰果酚磺酸钠在纯水中的表面张力,并在相同条件下与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)标准品对比,得到两种物质的临界胶束浓度(CMC),腰果酚磺酸钠为2.3×10-3mol/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠CMC:3.4×10-3mol/L。
In this paper, the natural product of cardanol as raw materials, chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonation reagent synthesis of cardanol sulfonate, while the orthogonal test, and then determine the optimal process conditions. The structure of the product and the sulfonation rate were analyzed respectively by IR and elemental analysis. The surface tension of sodium cadicol sodium sulfonate in pure water was determined and compared with SDBS standard under the same conditions to get the critical micelle concentration (CMC) The cardanol sulfonate was 2.3 × 10-3mol / L, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate CMC: 3.4 × 10-3mol / L.
