板材在冲压成形过程中,复杂结构零件会产生很多缺陷,如起皱,拉裂及卸载后工件的回弹,严重影响了冲压件的成形精度。采用数值模拟与正交试验相结合的优化分析方法,研究了S梁覆盖件冲压成形工艺的优化。依据正交试验方案,以凹模圆角半径、冲压速度、摩擦系数、压边力为研究因子,最大减薄率、最大增厚率为评价指标,采用有限元软件Dynaform进行冲压成形模拟。最终得到了最优的凹模圆角半径、冲压速度、摩擦系数、压边力等工艺参数组合。
Plate in the stamping process, the complex structure of the parts will have many defects, such as wrinkling, cracking and unloading after the rebound of the workpiece, a serious impact on the forming accuracy of stamping parts. By using the optimization analysis method combined with the numerical simulation and the orthogonal experiment, the optimization of the stamping forming process of the S beam cover was studied. According to the orthogonal experiment scheme, the die radius, punching speed, friction coefficient and blank holder force were used as the researching factors, the maximum thinning rate and the maximum thickening rate were evaluated. Finite element software Dynaform was used to simulate the stamping process. Finally, the optimal die radius, punching speed, friction coefficient, blank holder force and other process parameters are obtained.
