大用户直购电是电力市场改革的研究热点。建立了考虑不确定性因素的可利用传输能力(available transfer capability,ATC)模型,将其应用于大用户直购电交易中,并引入保险理论,以提升直购电过程中的供电可靠性。在ATC模型中同时考虑大用户停电损失,建立了大用户决策模型。将大用户在不同电厂的购电量和备用容量保险购买量作为变量,并以大用户停电损失最小作为优化目标,通过粒子群算法进行优化求解,获得大用户最优购电决策。最后通过IEEE 57系统进行仿真,结果证明了所提方法的有效性。
Direct power purchase by large users is a hot research topic in power market reform. A model of available transfer capability (ATC) considering uncertainties was established and applied to large-user direct purchase transaction. Insurance theory was introduced to improve the reliability of power supply in the process of direct power purchase. Considering the blackout loss of large users in ATC model, a large user decision model is established. Taking the purchasing power of main users in different power plants and purchasing amount of reserve capacity as a variable, and taking the loss of large power outages as the optimization objective, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the solution, and the optimal power purchase decision for large users is obtained. Finally, the simulation with IEEE 57 system proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
