管理学之父韦伯提出了著名的激励机制:他人正确的认可和评价,可使人产生更大的动力,激励他去追求更大的成功。学生学习更是如此。在教学过程中,教师的激励性和肯定性评价不容忽视。特别是语文老师,应利用丰富的情感,优美的语言,应变的智慧,去激励学生,点燃他们心头的火花,激发他们学习语文的热情。特别是巧借小故事,去开启他们的智慧、启迪他们的思想。
