GX型螺旋输送机,一般装在料仓底部,与斗式提升机配套使用,把粉状物送至混凝土搅拌楼。当它用于远距离输送时,中间装有悬挂轴承,不许满载输送。运输水泥时,填充系数为0.25～0.3,要求装料均匀,否则,有可能造成斗式提升机堵塞。因而在料仓底下常装有定量给料机。我们在没有定量给料机的情况下,改变了螺旋输送机进料口部分的螺距,加上了半圆形上盖,去掉原平盖板,使其变成变螺距
The GX screw conveyor is generally installed at the bottom of the silo and is used in conjunction with a bucket elevator to send the powder to the concrete mixing tower. When it is used for long-distance transmission, there is a hanging bearing in the middle and it is not allowed to carry full load. When transporting cement, the filling factor is 0.25 to 0.3 and the loading is required to be uniform. Otherwise, the bucket elevator may be blocked. As a result, a dosing feeder is often installed under the silo. We changed the screw pitch of the feed port of the screw conveyor without a dosing feeder, added a semi-circular cover, removed the flat cover plate, and made it a variable pitch.
