目的:了解脑膜瘤的临床、病理学特征与肿瘤增殖能力的关系。方法:对68例脑膜瘤标本进行流式细胞术(FCM)检测,分析几种临床病理特征与FCM的关系。结果:血管型、合体型脑膜瘤超二倍体率、DI和PI显著高于纤维型及混合型;重度水肿组DI、超二倍体率和PI显著高于中、轻及无水肿组;大肿瘤超二倍体率和DI均显著高于中、小肿瘤;复发性脑膜瘤的DI、PI均显著高于非复发组。结论:通过FCM分析可较准确地判定肿瘤的增殖能力,指导临床治疗
Objective: To understand the relationship between the clinical and pathological features of meningiomas and their proliferative capacity. METHODS: Flow cytometry (FCM) was performed on 68 meningioma specimens and the relationship between several clinicopathological features and FCM was analyzed. RESULTS: Hyperdiploidy, DI, and PI were significantly higher in vascular and confluent meningiomas, and DI and PI were significantly higher than those in fibrosis and mixed types. DI, superdiploidy, and PI were significantly higher in severe edema than in moderate, light, and no edema groups. The rates of hyperdiploidy and DI in large tumors were significantly higher than those in small and medium tumors; DI and PI in recurrent meningiomas were significantly higher than those in non-recurrent tumors. Conclusion: The FCM analysis can accurately determine the tumor’s proliferation and guide clinical treatment.
