目的:了解杭州市食品中沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、大肠埃希菌O157:H7和副溶血弧菌的污染状况。方法:2008年5月~10月采集杭州市生肉、熟肉制品、水产品、生食蔬菜等食品共95件,按GB/T4789-2003[1]相关方法进行检测。结果:95件检样中检出沙门菌11株,检出率为11.58%;检出单增李斯特菌9株,检出率为9.47%;检出副溶血弧菌1株,检出率为1.05%;未检出大肠埃希菌O157:H7。结论:杭州市市售食品中存在致病菌的污染,特别在生肉类食品中沙门菌和单增李斯特菌污染比较严重,应当加强食品卫生管理。
Objective: To understand the contamination status of Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli O157: H7 and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Hangzhou food. Methods: From May to October 2008, 95 samples of raw meat, cooked meat products, aquatic products and raw vegetables were collected and tested according to GB / T4789-2003 [1]. Results: 11 strains of Salmonella were detected in 95 samples, the detection rate was 11.58%. Nine strains of Listeria monocytogenes were detected, the detection rate was 9.47%. One strain of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected, the detection rate 1.05%; no Escherichia coli O157: H7 was detected. Conclusion: There is pathogen contamination in the commercially available food in Hangzhou. Especially in raw meat, the contamination of Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes is serious, and food hygiene management should be strengthened.
