光纤地面放线收线轮与主轴之间采取过盈配合联接可保证收线轮在高速旋转时的稳定性和可靠性。首先分析主轴传动系统动态过程中的工作载荷,计算出过盈联接所需传递的合适扭矩,从而保证计算出的的最小过盈量能产生足够的摩擦阻力矩来实现做功。然后基于厚壁圆筒理论计算出过盈量的最小、最大范围,即收线轮与主轴之间不产生打滑所需的最小过盈量及满足材料屈服极限所需的最大过盈量。最后采用ANSYS workbench软件建立参数化的有限元分析模型,分析计算出不同过盈量的接触面压力和等效应力,对计算结果进行分析最终确定满足实际工况的最小、最大过盈量。
Optical fiber ground pay-take take-up wheel and the spindle take interference fit connection to ensure that the take-up reel at high speed rotation stability and reliability. Firstly, the working load in the dynamic process of the spindle drive system is analyzed, and the appropriate torque to be transmitted through the interference connection is calculated, so as to ensure that the calculated minimum interference can generate enough frictional resistance torque to achieve the work. Then based on the theory of thick-walled cylinder, the minimum and maximum range of interference are calculated, that is, the minimum interference needed to avoid skidding between take-up wheel and spindle and the maximum interference required to meet the material yield limit. Finally, ANSYS workbench software is used to establish the parametric finite element analysis model to analyze and calculate the contact pressure and equivalent stress of different interferences. The calculation results are finally analyzed to determine the minimum and maximum interference that meet the actual conditions.
