目的探讨强化营养护理对血液透析患者生活质量的应用效果。方法抽取本院2016年9~12月收治的60例需要进行血液透析的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,实行强化营养护理。最终跟踪记录护理六个月后2组患者的营养状况和生活质量评分状况。结果护理干预前,2组营养不良炎症评分(MIS评分),包括体质量指数、血清白蛋白、肌酐和血红蛋和生活质量评分(SF-36)各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组MIS总评分和下降幅度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组SF-36总评分和升高幅度均高于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化营养护理有利于血液透析患者的疾病治疗,能够加强患者营养,改善患者生活质量,值得临床上借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive nutrition nursing on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 60 patients requiring hemodialysis admitted from September 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group to implement routine care, the observation group on the basis of routine care, the implementation of intensive nutrition care. Finally, the nutritional status and quality of life scores of patients in two groups after six months of follow-up were recorded and recorded. Results Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in malnutrition inflammatory score (MIS score), including body mass index, serum albumin, creatinine and hemoglobin and quality of life score (SF-36) (P> 0.05). After intervention, the total scores of MIS and the decrease of MIS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The SF-36 total score and the increase range of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion Intensive nutrition nursing is beneficial to the treatment of hemodialysis patients, which can enhance the nutrition of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth clinical reference.
