并不是所有的ERP项目都能提高企业管理效率,这是一项复杂的系统工程,要想从中尝到甜头,必须做足十分的功课。信息化能大大提高企业管理效率,很多企业也将应用ERP作为管理先进、生产高效的标志。而现实却并非如此,据前几年的资料统计,我国已经有2600多家企业应用ERP,但应用效果并不理想,大型企业的成功率只有9%,中小企业也分别只有16.2%和28%,应该说这样的效果是非常不理想的,很多企业实施到后期完全是为了ERP而ERP,ERP的使用不但没有达到预期的效果,还成为制约企业生存发展的瓶颈,在浪费大量的资金、资源、时间以后只得匆匆下马。
