赞可夫是苏联著名的教育心理学家。他长期从事教育改革的科学实验。从一九五七年到一九七七年的二十年间,他进行了“教学与发展的关系”这一课题的研究。实验规模逐年扩大,实验班级达到一千二百多个,先后发表的著作有一百五十种。其中《教学论与生活》、《和教师的谈话》等书在苏联是教师的必备书,其中《教学与发展》一书在国际上具有很大影响。他的教学论原则所追求的总的目的——促进学生“理想的一般发展”。即包括智力发展、道德情感的发展、意志的发展和身体的发育等各方面。
Zankov is a famous educational psychologist in the Soviet Union. He has long been engaged in scientific experiments in educational reform. During the 20 years from 1957 to 1977, he conducted a study on the subject of “the relationship between teaching and development.” The scale of the experiment has been expanded year by year. The number of experimental classes has reached more than 1,200, and there have been 150 publications published. Among them, books such as “teaching theory and life” and “talking with teachers” are necessary books for teachers in the Soviet Union, and the “Teaching and Development” book has a great influence internationally. The general purpose pursued by his teaching principle is to promote students’ “ideal general development.” That includes all aspects of intellectual development, moral and emotional development, development of will and physical development.
