目的掌握上海市流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)流行现状和流行病学特征,为有效预防控制乙脑提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学、血清学和分子生物学方法,分析上海市乙脑流行病学特征、健康人群抗体水平、中间宿主猪的感染状况等。结果上海市2006年乙脑发病率为0.129/10万,2007年为0.077/10万;流行前期健康人群乙脑抗体阳性率为60.39%,流行后期为85.44%。中间宿主3月龄肉猪IgG抗体抗体阳性率为26.92%;上市屠宰肉猪抗体阳性率为14.86%。媒介蚊中检测到的乙脑病毒为基因1型。结论上海市乙脑发病处于较低水平,健康人群乙脑抗体阳性率较高,中间宿主猪中存在乙脑病毒感染,蚊虫乙脑病毒基因分型为1型。
Objective To understand the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of Japanese encephalitis (JE) in Shanghai and provide evidence for effective prevention and control of JE. Methods Descriptive epidemiological, serological and molecular biological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of Japanese encephalitis in Shanghai, antibody levels in healthy population and infection status of intermediate host pigs. Results The incidence of Japanese encephalitis in Shanghai was 0.129 / lakh in 2006 and 0.077 / lakh in 2007. The positive rate of Japanese encephalitis B was 60.39% in the pre-epidemic period and 85.44% in the late epidemic period. The positive rate of IgG antibody of middle-aged pigs with 3-month-old pigs was 26.92%, and that of the slaughter pigs listed with antibody was 14.86%. JE virus detected in vector mosquitoes is of genotype 1. Conclusion The incidence of Japanese encephalitis in Shanghai is at a low level, and the positive rate of Japanese encephalitis B is high in healthy people. The Japanese encephalitis virus is infected in intermediate host pigs, and the genotype of mosquito encephalitis virus is type 1.
