高瓦斯易燃矿井采煤工作面上隅角附近采空区的瓦斯积聚与呆空区内煤炭的自燃,一直是威胁煤矿安全生产的两个严重问题。采场低压通风系统可同时解决这两个问题。此方法已在六枝矿务局木岗煤矿进行了试用。结果表明,该通风系统可减少采空区漏风20%左右,可使上隅角的瓦斯浓度降低30%以上。它比现有其他方法花费少、简便易行、效果显著。是采区防止煤炭自燃及瓦斯爆炸的一种既经济又有效的简易措施。
The gas accumulation in the goaf near the upper corner of coalface and the spontaneous combustion of coal in the sub-zone have always been two serious problems threatening coal mine safety production. Stope low pressure ventilation system can solve these two problems at the same time. This method has been trialled at the M61 Coal Mine in Mogang. The results show that the ventilation system can reduce the air leakage in the goaf by about 20%, and reduce the gas concentration in the upper corner by more than 30%. It costs less than other existing methods, is simple and effective, and works well. It is an economical and effective simple measure to prevent coal spontaneous combustion and gas explosion in the mining area.
