本文从市政二公司金属结构分公司在转型中所遇到的困难入手,采用SWORT分析方法对企业内部和外部进行了深入、客观的分析。通过对企业和社会发展的分析,从千丝万缕的联系中,得出只有通过加强企业培训工作,才是解决现实工作中存在问题的重要方法。文章以管理学的职业生涯理论为主线,结合分公司人员实际,合理规划分公司人员的培训。共包括知识、技能、素质三个方面的培训,通过培训,解决企业转型中的对人员的需求,为企业的长远发展提供人员保障。
This article begins with the difficulties encountered in the transition of the metal structure branch of the municipal second corporation, and carries out an in-depth and objective analysis of the inside and outside of the enterprise by SWORT analysis method. Through the analysis of the development of enterprises and society, from the inextricably linked, we can conclude that only by strengthening enterprise training is an important method to solve the existing problems in the real work. The article takes the theory of career management of management as the main line, and combines with the actual personnel in branch offices to rationally plan the training of branch staffs. Including knowledge, skills, quality of training in three areas, through training to solve the business transformation of the personnel needs for the long-term development of enterprises to provide personnel protection.
