作为一家资源型企业,技术上的创新和变革尤为重要。先进的技术意味着生产成本的降低、高效率的生产线和生产规模的增加。在这一点上,云南铜业集团有限公司可谓不遗余力。“十五”期间,云铜投资7亿元,引进国际先进艾萨铜冶炼技术、设备改造嫁接原电炉冶炼系统,创造了艾萨炉应用史上的6项世界纪录,实现了炼铜工艺由传统型向现代型的历史性变革。整个集团公司的铜冶炼技术、生产规模、经济效益、污染治理效果等方面的工艺技术、指标、实际效果一举跃居世界同行先进水平。大红山铜矿引进关键技术和设备,建成2400吨/日规模的井下无轨开采项目,填补了省内空白。云铜与日本古河合资建成的3000吨/年高速电气化铁路用接触网导线生产线,替代进口,实现了高速铁路接触线产品的国产化。
