目的 研究nm23/NDPK、p53、p21及PCNA表达与胃癌浸润、转移的关系;方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法对55例胃癌手术根治标本中胃癌组织中nm23/NDPK、p53、p21及PCNA表达进行研究,分析其与胃癌浸润范围、淋巴结转移的关系;结果 55例胃癌中nm23、p53、p21、PCNA阳性率分别为70.7%、29.1%、38.2%、83.6%,其中nm23、p21及PCNA表达与胃癌浸润深度有关,p21、PCNA的过表达及nm23降低表达者易侵及浆膜及浆膜外组织;nm23、p53、PCNA的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移有关,nm23降低表达及p53、PCNA的过表达者淋巴结转移率明显增高;nm23的表达还与胃癌的组织学类型及 p53、p21、PCNA的表达有一定的关系;结论 胃癌组织中存在多种癌基因及抑癌基因的表达异常,nm23的降低表达,p53、p21及PCNA的过表达与胃癌的浸润范围及淋巴结转移有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nm23/NDPK, p53, p21 and PCNA and the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the expression of nm23/NDPK, p53, p21 and PCNA in gastric cancer tissues from 55 patients with gastric cancer. The relationship between gastric cancer infiltration and lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results The positive rates of nm23, p53, p21 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma were 70.7%, 29.1%, 38.2% and 83.6%, respectively. The expression of nm23, p21 and PCNA and gastric cancer Infiltration depth, p21, PCNA overexpression and nm23 decreased expression of the invasion of the serosa and serosal tissue; nm23, p53, PCNA expression and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer, decreased nm23 expression and p53, PCNA overexpression The lymph node metastasis rate was significantly higher; the expression of nm23 also had a certain relationship with the histological type of gastric cancer and the expression of p53, p21 and PCNA; Conclusion There were many abnormal expressions of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in gastric cancer tissues, and the reduction of nm23 was found. Expression, p53, p21 and PCNA overexpression have a certain relationship with the invasive range of gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis.
