在过去的计划经济体制下,我国的所谓市场是卖方市场。如今,我国的经济是在市场经济体制下运行,国家已经取消大多数产品的调拨指令,我国的市场已从卖方市场转向买方市场。在买方市场下,用户不了解产品的功能与特性是不会购买的,而且用户常常通过各种宣传媒体,充分了解自己需要的产品,货比三家之后才决定购买。这就要求生产企业既要过问用户了解不了解自己生产的产品问题,又要与用户保持良好的沟通关
In the past planned economy, the so-called market in our country is the seller’s market. Today, the economy of our country runs under the system of market economy. The state has already canceled the allocation of most products and the market of our country has shifted from the seller’s market to the buyer’s market. In the buyer’s market, users do not understand the product’s features and functions are not purchased, and users often through a variety of promotional media, fully aware of the products they need, shop around before deciding to buy.
