目的 :探讨三维彩色血管能量成像 (3D- CPA)对肾癌分期的诊断价值。方法 :应用 3D- CPA术前检测 32例肾癌 ,评定血管分型 (I~III型 ) ,计算血管指数 (vascularity index,VI) ,按 Robson法及超声表现对其临床分期和对比分析。结果 :I、 II期和 III、 IV期肾癌血管分型比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。 I、 II期肾癌 VI比较无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,其余各期间比较差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :3D- CPA能客观显示各期肾癌的血管分布及数量 ,有助于肾癌分期诊断、治疗和估价预后
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional color vessel energy imaging (3D-CPA) for the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. Methods: Preoperative 3D-CPA was used to detect 32 cases of renal cell carcinoma. The vascular type (type I ~ III) was evaluated. The vascularity index (VI) was calculated. The clinical staging and comparative analysis were performed according to Robson’s method and ultrasound. Results: There was significant difference in the type of renal cancer between stage I, II and III, IV (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in VI between stage I and stage II renal carcinoma (P> 0.05), but there was significant difference between the other periods (P <0.01). Conclusion: 3D-CPA can objectively display the vascular distribution and quantity of each stage of renal cell carcinoma, which is helpful for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma
