消炎酶在医学上的应用已有悠久的历史。近年来,随着消炎酶生化、药理和临床研究的进展,它的品种、产量都有了很大的进展。虽然各种消炎酶的分子结构、作用专一性和生物活性各不相同(表1),但它们对人或实验动物都有着共同的抗炎效果,尤其是用于治疗同血液内化学介体(Chemical mediator)释放有关的第一期炎症反应(Primary inflammation),消炎蛋白酶有明显的抑制血管通透性亢进作用。临床上主要用于抗炎消肿、清洁创面和分解粘痰脓液。消炎酶的药理研究还远远落后于临床,其作用机制尚未搞清楚。尤其是口服消炎
Anti-inflammatory enzymes in the medical application has a long history. Clinical mainly for anti-inflammatory swelling, cleansing wounds and decomposition of phlegm pus. Pharmacological studies of anti-inflammatory enzymes are still far behind clinical, its mechanism of action has not yet been clarified. Especially oral anti-inflammatory
