通过在Ag BaO薄膜表面真空沉积 10nm厚的银电极 ,成功制备了内场助结构Ag BaO光电阴极 .测试结果显示 ,Ag BaO薄膜光电发射电流随内场助偏压的增大而上升 .理论分析表明 ,Ag BaO薄膜内场助光电发射增强现象产生的机理在于内场助作用下Ag微粒和BaO介质间等效界面位垒的减小及薄膜表面真空能级的相对下降 .
The Ag BaO photocathode has been successfully prepared by vacuum depositing 10nm silver electrode on the surface of Ag BaO thin film.The results show that the photoelectron emission current of Ag BaO film increases with the increase of the bias voltage of the internal field.The theoretical analysis The results show that the mechanism of enhancement of the photoelectron emission in the Ag BaO thin film is due to the decrease of the barrier of the equivalent interface between the Ag particles and the BaO dielectric and the relative decrease of the vacuum level on the film surface.
