2016年新的职业教育理念更加突出,这也是加快职教发展的机会;作为中职一线教师应多思考:为什么课改?教师做什么?现代学徒制和信息化为我们提供了什么信息。要进行课改,就要知道课程和职教需要;还必须知道方向、目标、途径、步骤。一、职教的课程改革主要在教育行政管理者和学校领导;没有得力领导,课改就无动力和保障。而一线教师也更应积极行动,教师要知道上边政策,还要知道学生状况,于点滴中积累,才能使课改获得成功。
In 2016, the new concept of vocational education is even more prominent. This is also an opportunity to speed up the development of vocational education. As a teacher in secondary vocational schools, we should think more about why curriculum reform and what teachers do. What modern apprenticeship and informatization provide us with information? To carry out the curriculum reform, we must know the curriculum and vocational education needs; must also know the direction, goals, ways, steps. First, vocational education curriculum reform mainly in education administrators and school leaders; without effective leadership, curriculum reform will be motivated and guaranteed. The first-tier teachers should also be more positive action, teachers need to know the above policies, but also know the status of students accumulated in the dribs and dads in order to make curriculum reform successful.
