稻谷的水分在收购过程中是非常重要的测定项目。因为粮食高水分是引起储藏过程中发热霉变的主要原因,一般情况下是不能收购的。虽然适宜的水分含量是稻谷加工的需要,但在稻谷的收购期间仍希望收购水分含量比较低的稻谷。
Paddy’s moisture during the acquisition process is a very important measurement project. Because the high water content of grain is the main cause of fever and mildew during storage, it is not generally acquired. Although suitable moisture content is required for rice processing, it is still hoped to acquire rice with a lower moisture content during the rice purchase.
