多原发恶性肿瘤 (Ｍｕｌｔｉｐｌｅｐｒｉｍａｒｙｍａｌｉｇｎａｎｔｎｅｏｐｌａｓｍｓ)是指同一宿主的单个或多个器官同时或先后发生两个或两个以上原发恶性肿瘤。近年来多原发恶性肿瘤报道较多 ,并出现八重原发癌的病例[1] 。现结合我科近两年收治的 4例二重原发癌作一讨论 Multiple primary malignant neoplasms refer to the occurrence of two or more primary malignancies simultaneously or one after the other in one or more organs of the same host.
