小学英语教师的专业发展主要是提升小学英语教师的教学研究能力,校本研修有助于提高教师的教育教学效率,校本研修为教师专业发展提供了一个很好的研究平台。教师个人、教师集体、专业研究人员构成了校本研修的三位一体关系,教师个人的自我反思、教师集体的同伴互助、专业研究人员的专业引领是开展校本研修和促进教师专业化成长的三种基本力量,是校本研修的主要实现方式和教师专业发展的有效途径。
