本文通过分析当前高校社会化培训面临的机遇与挑战,提出构建以普通高校为主体,结合当地政府、行业主管部门或行业协会、企事业单位、特色培训机构多元参与的“一主多元”社会化培训模式,从“一主多元”的各个层面探究了其具体构建方法,继而提出实施“一主多元”社会化培训体系的实施优势。 By analyzing the opportunities and challenges facing socialization training in colleges and universities at present, this paper puts forward some suggestions to build a multi-dimensional “multi-faceted education system” that includes colleges and universities as the main body, local government, industry authorities or industry associations, enterprises and institutions, and specialized training institutions.
