将耐盐性遗传资源Pokkali和具有光滑叶子的半矮秆糯稻系统Wx817—1—65—2—1杂交,在其F_5系统中选择了耐盐性强的6个品系。被选择的品系为早熟种,株型为矮秆重穗型,谷粒为中大粒,具有光滑的叶子。被选择的品系在盐水栽培时每株成熟粒数及每株谷粒重比对照品种明显高,今后有望当作耐盐性品种直接种植,同时因其载有糯性基因,可以当作中间亲本使用。
Salt tolerant genetic resource Pokkali was crossed with Wx817-1-65-2-1, a semi-dwarf glutinous rice system with smooth leaves. Six lines with high salt tolerance were selected in F5 system. The selected lines are precocious species, plant type dwarf heavy panicle type, grain in the large grain, with smooth leaves. The selected lines were significantly higher in the salt water culture than the control cultivars per grain weight per plant and were expected to be planted directly as salt tolerant cultivars in the future and could be used as intermediate parents because of their waxy genes use.
