近一年多来,军事科学院组织部分人员对军校政治教员队伍建设现状进行了调查。目前,军校政治教员队伍存在身份定位多样,隶属关系不一;结构规模不均衡,工作任务多样繁重;专业素质不突出,名家大师难接续等问题。在制度机制上,存在引进机制不够顺畅、评价体制不够科学、培训渠道不够完善等问题。为加强军校政治教员队伍建设,必须科学构建领导管理体制,适当拓展选人留人通道,着力拓展培养培训平台,健全完善考核评价体系。
In the past year or so, some members of the Academy of Military Science organized an investigation into the status quo of military contingent building in political schools. At present, the military political instructor ranks with diverse identities, subordinate relations, unbalanced structure, heavy and varied work tasks, lack of professional qualities and difficulty in connecting famous masters. In terms of system and mechanism, there are problems such as the mechanism of introduction is not smooth, the system of evaluation is not scientific enough, and the training channels are not perfect enough. In order to strengthen the contingent building of political faculty in military academies and schools, we must scientifically construct a leadership management system, appropriately expand the channel for selecting and retaining people, strive to develop and train a training platform, and improve and perfect the assessment and evaluation system.
