人力资源是企业第一资源,关系到企业生存与发展。激励机制建立与应用是企业人力资源管理中的重要内容,是企业进行人才培养的保障。当前我国很多企业都还没有建立起完善的激励机制,或者即使有但是在实施过程中存在一些问题,导致人才的流失问题较为普遍,在一定程度上影响了企业的改革与发展。在企业人力资源管理中要开始引入激励机制,并应用好激励的主要形式,发挥企业人力资源管理的激励机制作用,实现企业优秀人才的保留。
Human resources are the first resource of enterprises and relate to the existence and development of enterprises. The establishment and application of incentive mechanism is an important part of human resource management in an enterprise, and it is also a guarantee for the training of talents in an enterprise. At present, many enterprises in our country have not set up a sound incentive mechanism, or even if there are some problems in the process of implementation, the problem of the loss of qualified personnel is relatively common, which has affected the reform and development of enterprises to a certain extent. In the human resources management of enterprises should start to introduce the incentive mechanism, and apply the main form of incentive, give play to the incentive mechanism of human resource management of enterprises, and realize the retention of talents of enterprises.
