中小学生人际关系的发展性研究

通过对8003名中小学生师生关系、同伴关系、亲子关系的问卷调查,探讨当今中小学生人际关系的发展变化,分析中小学生人际关系的发展特点并对中小学生人际辅导提出建议。结果显示,中小学生人际关系随年级升高反而降低,且出现阶段分层。女生人际关系普遍好于男生,但在高三年级的同伴关系上,男生表现出更高的人际水平。亲子关系在初中二年级后趋于稳定,师生关系、同伴关系则持续下降。 Through the questionnaire survey of the relationship between teachers and students, peer relationships and parent-child relationship among 8003 primary and middle school students, this paper explores the development and changes of the current interpersonal relationships among primary and secondary school students, analyzes the developing characteristics of the interpersonal relationships among primary and secondary school students, and makes recommendations to the interpersonal counseling of primary and secondary school students. The results show that the interpersonal relationships of primary and secondary school with the grade increased but decreased, and the stage stratification. Girls’ interpersonal relationships are generally better than boys, but in the third grade, boys show higher interpersonal skills. The relationship between parents and children tended to be stable after the second grade of junior high school, and the relationship between teachers and students continued to decline.
