目的探讨联合检测血清胱抑素C(Cys C)和视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)对肾炎的早期诊断价值。方法选取吉林市北华大学附属医院2015年6-12月肾炎患者106例为观察组,另选取该院106例健康体检者为对照组,对两组研究对象的Cys C和RBP含量进行测定,比较两组研究对象血清中的Cys C和RBP水平,并比较观察组肾炎患者不同检测项目的检测阳性率。结果观察组肾炎患者经过检测后,其血清Cys C水平(2.17±0.40)mg/L、RBP水平(96.27±18.71)mg/L;对照组的血清Cys C水平(0.86±0.27)mg/L、RBP水平(35.83±15.52)mg/L、观察组患者数据明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过对观察组肾炎患者进行血清Cys C和RBP的单项以及联合检测结果比较,联合检测阳性率明显高于单项检测,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对肾炎患者的早期诊断中,对其血清Cys C和RBP进行检测具有重要的临床诊断应用价值,肾炎患者血清中的血清Cys C和RBP水平明显高于健康人群,而且对肾炎患者进行血清Cys C和RBP联合检测,其检出率高于单项检测。
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum cystatin C (Cys C) and retinol binding protein (RBP) in the early diagnosis of nephritis. Methods Sixty-six nephritis patients from June to December 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University in Jilin City were selected as the observation group. Another 106 healthy subjects in the hospital were selected as the control group. The Cys C and RBP contents of the two groups were measured, The levels of Cys C and RBP in the serum of the two groups were compared, and the positive rate of different detection items in the observation group was compared. Results The levels of serum Cys C (2.17 ± 0.40) mg / L and RBP (96.27 ± 18.71) mg / L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (0.86 ± 0.27 mg / L, RBP level (35.83 ± 15.52) mg / L, the observation group patients was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rates of combined detection of Cys C and RBP in patients with nephritis in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the single detection, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the early diagnosis of nephritis in patients with its serum Cys C and RBP detection of important clinical diagnostic value, serum nephritis serum Cys C and RBP levels were significantly higher than healthy people, but nephritis patients serum Cys C and RBP joint detection, the detection rate was higher than a single test.
