本文根据水模型试验结果,对连铸过程常见中间罐去除夹杂物的能力进行了研究。结果表明,在实际生产中,中间罐对钢水中的夹杂物去除率可达到76.74％。
Based on the water model test results, this paper studied the ability of the common intermediate tank to remove inclusions in the continuous casting process. The results show that in the actual production, the intermediate tank can remove inclusions in molten steel up to 76.74%.
